Our check-in experience at Hotel Madrid was smooth and efficient. We were warmly greeted by the staff and given all the necessary information without any delays. The lobby had excellent wifi connectivity, great to easily message the hosts and stay connected throughout our stay. Despite the cold weather, the room was cozy and comfortable, with no unpleasant odors. The towels provided were fresh and clean. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering a peaceful atmosphere with minimal noise disturbance. The room itself was modern and spacious, equipped with everything we needed and spotlessly clean. I highly recommend Hotel Madrid for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel near the Murillo square. The location was incredibly central, yet surprisingly quiet. From my room on the fifth floor, I had a breathtaking view of western La Paz and the Parliament. The staff was lovely, attentive, and caring. They even offered me tea when I wasn't feeling well due to the altitude. The rooms were modern, spacious, and spotless. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the price was definitely worth it.
No major issues, everything was fine.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location is perfect, within walking distance of Murillo Square and the main square, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was very polite and helpful, offering me tea when I wasn't feeling well due to the altitude. The room wassuper clean and cozy, with large windows and a heater for chilly nights. The breakfast on the second floor had a reasonable selection of food options.
Don't have any issues at all.

The hotel's location was excellent, just a stone's throw from the main square and easy to find. The room was clean and had a great view, and the wifi was strong and reliable. We were also impressed with the staff, who were very friendly and welcoming.
Our stay was marred by a few issues. the noise from the nearby nightclubs was unbearable, even with earplugs in.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to key areas of the city. the staff were attentive and made an effort to ensure my comfort during my stay, which included offering me tea when I was feeling unwell. the hotel also provided a delicious breakfast each morning, which was a great start to the day.
The room I stayed in was a bit disappointing, and could have been cleaned more thoroughly. the lack of English-speaking staff made it difficult to get information about the area and the hotel's amenities.
